1. Domain Registration and Renewal
- Refunds: Due to the nature of domain registration services, refunds are not offered once the domain has been registered or renewed. Domains are non-refundable as they are managed by external registries.
- Cancellations: If you cancel a domain registration before it is processed, you may be eligible for a refund. Please contact our support team within 24 hours of registration to request a cancellation.
2. Website Design and Development
- Refunds: We do not offer refunds for completed websites. If the project is in progress, you are entitled to a partial refund based on the work completed up to that point. Refunds will be calculated based on the stages of the development process.
- Cancellations: If you wish to cancel a website development project, you must notify us in writing. Cancellations are subject to a service charge depending on the work completed, and any non-refundable deposits will be retained.
3. Hosting Services
- Refunds: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on new hosting plans only. If you are unsatisfied with our hosting services within 30 days of purchase, you may request a full refund. The 30-day money-back guarantee does not apply to domain registrations, renewals, or add-on services.
- Cancellations: If you choose to cancel your hosting plan, you can do so by contacting our support team. Cancellations after the 30-day guarantee period will not be refunded.
4. Custom Services (Email Setup, Digital Media, SEO, etc.)
Refunds: As these services are custom and tailored to the client’s needs, refunds are not offered once the work has begun or been completed. If there are issues with the work delivered, we offer revisions or additional support to ensure satisfaction.
- Cancellations: Custom services may be canceled at any time, but payments made for services already provided are non-refundable.
5. Payment Processing Fees
- Refunds: Payments made through third-party payment processors (e.g., PayPal, Paystack, etc.) are subject to their respective terms and conditions. Any processing fees incurred during payment are non-refundable.
6. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

- Service/product you wish to cancel or request a refund for
- Reason for cancellation or refund request
- Any supporting documentation (e.g., emails, invoices)
7. Exceptions
In rare cases where services do not meet the terms agreed upon, we may offer a partial or full refund at our discretion. This includes but is not limited to cases of non-delivery of services or technical issues caused by our servers.
